blogsecurity warning | wp-feedstats plugin
Hier eine Warnungshinweis zu einem wp-plugin. Es handelt sich um das FeedStat plugin, welches im Dashboard Statistiken über eingehende Feeds anzeigen kann. Dieses ist angeblich unsicher und ermöglicht anderen Usern den Vollzugriff auf euren Blog. Hier die original Meldung von BlogSecurity.net
While testing the wp-feedstats plugin I found two or more critical security vulnerabilities that may allow an attacker to gain full access to your WordPress blog.

den Unsicherheitsfaktor kann man bestätigen, habe FeedStats seit ca. 5 Wochen im Einsatz, zeichnet fleissig die Statistiken auf und seit es verwendet wird, habe ich bis dato 50 SPAM-Kommentare zu verzeichnen…klingt nach wenig, jedoch hatte ich davor nur ca. 5 SPAM Irrläufer….thx for the warning! Weg damit! lg
